The master bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of space in the wardrobe and bedside tables. The air conditioning works for both heating and cooling.
The second bedroom has 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a convenient desk for working on a computer. In case of an additional person, the single bed can become 2 single beds.
In the living room, there is a couch that doesn't open. The Smart TV works for streaming with your Netflix or Youtube account.
The dining table accommodates 4 people and is also convenient for working or studying.
The kitchen is fully equipped and recently renovated. We have provided a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, oven, microwave, utensils, pans, plates, glasses, everything you need in a respectable kitchen.
Cleaning upon arrival costs €30, and upon request, additional cleaning days can be arranged for €20 each.

During the summer, the Trastevere riverbanks come alive with numerous musical, artistic, cinema, and theater events, all accompanied by a wide selection of local and exotic food and beverages to indulge in.
We are 2 minutes away from the bus/tram stop that connects with the historical center. Within 4 stops with tram 8 you get across the Tiber (on the Garibaldi bridge you can take a photo of the lovely Isola Tiberina) and you find yourself within walking distance from the main attractions : Piazza Navona, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo, Pantheon.
